GREGOIRE POWERFLOW VTD is built on a lightweight, robust tubular chassis designed for stability, maneuverability, and long-lasting performance.
Its mid-mounted adjustable axle ensures optimal weight transfer and perfect alignment with the tractor track width.
A pivoting drawbar mounted on bearings provides excellent maneuverability, even in tight vineyard headlands.
The polyethylene smooth tank preserves the canopy and guarantees long-term durability.
A rinse tank and hand-wash tank are fully integrated into the main tank design.
GREGOIRE POWERFLOW VTD range offers several tank capacities to match the needs of all vineyard profiles.
The spray mix follows a circuit meticulously engineered for reliability and precision:

Filling through an incorporation sieve,

Passage through a low-pressure filter,

Circulation ensured by a 4-piston diaphragm pump delivering strong feeding capacity and efficient agitation,

Final filtration through a high-pressure filter before reaching the regulation and distribution boom.
Depending on the configuration, GREGOIRE POWERFLOW VTD may be equipped with:

DPAE automatic flow-rate control, ensuring the correct dose at any speed,

Designed for vineyards from 2.00 m to 3.20 m row width, GREGOIRE POWERFLOW VTD achieves exceptional performance in wide vineyard applications.

A 750 mm turbine driven by a 2-speed gearbox with neutral position for turbine disengagement,

An inverted air intake system preventing product recirculation and debris aspiration,

Inclined stainless-steel deflectors (30° backward) supporting the bi-jets for deeper canopy penetration,

Dx'Plus system
Dx'Plus is a tower with a specific design. It enables air to flow uniformly, and the product to be mixed perfectly. Twin-jet diffusers on stainless flaps tilted 30° backwards also allow optimum penetration of the product into the plant canopy.
EASYselect
EASYselect is a centralisation device for the valves supplying your sprayer. It controls the external mixer, the rinsing nozzle, the stainless container rinsing screen, the cleaning lance and hydro-injectors to simplify cleaning of your equipment.
POWERFLOW
POWERFLOW groups together all of GREGOIRE's aero-convection sprayers. This spraying principle combines simplicity with efficiency and high working speeds. It is available with 5 different towers or turbines, to ensure it can be adapted to suit every vineyard.
Homologation Routiére
All sprayers in the GREGOIRE range have been approved since 2011. This relates to all trailed models with a GVW of over 1500 Kg. In force since 1st January 2013, this French regulation stipulates that an application must be made to the DREAL to obtain the registration certificate.
